The Wright Touch Athletics Training Expectations
1. We will improve your athletic ability, by putting you through a series of routines.
2. We will focus on increasing your speed, strength, quickness and getting you in better overall shape.
3. We will teach you how to develop a healthy body and mind through exercise while building your self-esteem and confidence.
4. When you come to train with us you can expect for us to show compassion, encouragement and motivation because we are 100% committed to you.
5. You will be trained by a group of trainers that has over twenty five years of expertise in athletic and fitness training.
6. Every time you walk through our doors, you can expect the level of training to be very intense from our staff.
7. A staff that believes in accountability, so you can expect for us to have you take ownership of your training from beginning to end.
8. Expect for us to research and develop new methods of training because we attend athletic and fitness clinics, speed enhancement clinics, strength and core training
clinics, sports training seminars and professional camps for various sports.
9. You can expect for us to include the parents and coaches by keeping them involved in our week to week progress until the very end.
10. Once you complete the entire program you can expect for us to give you an evaluation of your progress and recommendations.
